Towards Symbiotic Governance:The Formation Logic and Construction Path of Community of Social Governance in Ethnic Minority Areas
In the context of the new era,promoting the construction of a social governance com-munity in ethnic minority areas is not only an important measure to address new issues in social gov-ernance in these areas but also a practical innovation in building a new pattern of social governance in China.Based on the perspective of symbiotic governance,the complementary integration process with the construction of the social governance community in ethnic minority areas is guided by the people-oriented approach,stimulated by symbiotic relationships,and optimized by institutional norms,forming the logical basis for symbiotic governance in the construction of social governance communities in ethnic minority areas,which is of great significance for promoting positive interac-tions and common development among different ethnic groups.Currently,in the construction of so-cial governance communities in ethnic minority areas,it is necessary to adhere to shaping the concept of symbiosis.This involves centering on party building leadership,adjusting symbiotic relationships;using consultative democracy as a form,constructing a symbiotic model;relying on technology plat-forms to improve symbiotic order;and adhering to the integration of five governance as a principle.These efforts aim to nurture the public spirit of social governance communities,build a co-govern-ance pattern for social governance communities,enhance the intelligence level of social governance communities,achieve orderly and good governance,and explore new application directions.
