Research on Emergency Management of County-level Public Hospitals in Response to Sudden Public Health Emergencies Based on the Balanced Theory of Emergency Management Process——Taking Anyue County,Ziyang City as an Example
In the face of sudden public health emergencies,the leading treatment system led by county-level public hospitals is an important foundation for responding to such emergencies and safeguarding the lives and health of the people.It serves as the main frontline for implementing medi-cal rescue in response to sudden public health emergencies.This study based on the Balanced Theory of Emergency Management's"6+1"framework model,takes the county-level public hospital in Anyue County of sichuan province as the research object and analyzes the emergency management process of responding to sudden public health emergencies in Anyue County.It outlines the charac-teristics of county-level public hospitals in responding to sudden public health emergencies,puts forward the path to optimize the emergency management of county-level public hospitals in Anyue County in responding to sudden public health emergencies.The aim is to enhance the capacity and level of emergency management in response to sudden public health emergencies at the county-level public hospitals.
