The Concept and Structure of"Integrated"Training of Ethnic Social Work Talents
Under the strategy of strengthening the country with talents in the new era,in view of the bottleneck problem of the weak willingness and ability of social work professionals to take root in ethnic areas, colleges and universities should focus on local development needs based on the geo-social and cultural environments of the ethnic areas, and cultivate the comprehensive qualities of"unity of knowledge and action, with emphasis on practice"among social work students.Based on Ken Wilber's integral theory, constructing an"integrative"talent cultivation model from four quad-rants of professional literacy(competence)within individuals, action literacy(competence)outside individuals, intercultural professional literacy(competence)within groups and social literacy(com-petence)outside groups, which is beneficial for promoting the integrated development of students in terms of knowledge, beliefs, and actions, improving their capacity for interactive reflection, and lays a solid foundation for embedding social work professionals in local social construction.
