摘要
目的 调查肺癌住院患者的家庭韧性现状并分析其影响因素.方法 使用便利抽样方法,选取2021 年10月至2022 年4 月于我院胸部肿瘤科258 例肺癌住院患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、家庭韧性评定量表、心理韧性量表、领悟社会支持量表和压力知觉量表对其进行问卷调查.采用多元线性逐步回归模型分析患者家庭韧性影响因素.结果 肺癌住院患者家庭韧性总分为(161.39±15.15)分.多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,心理韧性、社会支持和压力知觉是肺癌住院患者家庭韧性的主要影响因素(P<0.05).结论 肺癌住院患者的家庭韧性处于中等水平,以家庭韧性为中心的干预措施应基于压力知觉、社会支持和心理韧性制定综合性方案,以促进肺癌患者及家庭的社会心理康复.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and its influencing factors of family resilience among inpatients with lung cancer.Methods From October 2021 to April 2022,total 258 lung cancer inpatients were selected hospitalized in a tertiary hos-pital in Sichuan Province.The general information questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale,connor-davison resilience scale,perceived stress scale,and perceived social support scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.Multiple stepwise lin-ear regression analysis was employed to analyze the influencing factors.Results The total score of family resilience among lung cancer inpatients was(161.39±15.15).Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis demonstrated that the family resilience was mainly influenced by perceived stress,social support,and resilience(P<0.05).Conclusion The family resilience of lung cancer inpatients needs to be further improved.Family resilience-oriented intervention should base on perceived stress,social support,and resilience to promote the social and psychological rehabilitation of lung cancer patients and their families.
