带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者治疗前后白介素10水平与疼痛程度和持续时间的相关性分析

摘要
目的 分析带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者治疗前后白介素 10(IL-10)水平与疼痛程度及持续时间的相关性.方法 选取2020 年6 月至2021 年12 月我院收治的105 例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,根据患者疼痛程度将患者分为轻中度组及重度组,比较两组患者白细胞、IL-10 等实验室指标水平,患者出院后随访1 年,记录患者疼痛持续时间,分析IL-10等指标水平与患者疼痛程度及持续时间的相关性.结果 在随访期间4 例患者失联,按脱落处理,最终纳入患者101 例,其中轻中度组75 例,重度组26 例.两组患者年龄、性别等一般资料及治疗前后白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比水平相比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05).轻中度组疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间、治疗前超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)及IL-10 水平均显著低于重度组(t=28.408,23.888,2.726,9.381;均P<0.05);治疗后两组患者各指标均较前好转,但轻中度组患者Hs-CRP及IL-10 水平仍显著低于重度组患者(t=4.342,5.966;均P<0.05).相关性分析显示,治疗前、后IL-10 水平与患者疼痛严重程度及持续时间呈显著正相关(r=0.705,0.209,0.739,0.481;均P<0.001);线性回归示,治疗前IL-10 及Hs-CRP水平与患者疼痛持续程度显著相关(t=5.240,5.026;均P<0.05).结论 患者治疗前后IL-10 水平与患者疼痛严重程度及疼痛持续时间显著相关,可成为患者预后的可靠预测因子,有助于评估患者预后.
Abstract
Objective To analyze correlation between interleukin-10(IL-10)and the degree and duration of pain in pa-tients with postherpetic neuralgia before and after treatment.Methods From June 2020 to December 2021,105 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our hospital were included.According to pain degree,patients were divided into mild-moderate and severe group.Age,gender and other general data were compared,and white blood cells,IL-10 and other laboratory indexes be-fore and after treatment.Patients were followed up for one year after discharge,recording the duration of pain,analyzing the correla-tion between IL-10 and the degree and duration of pain.Results During the follow-up period,4 patients lost contact and were treated as falling off.Finally,101 patients were enrolled,including 75 patients in the mild-moderate group and 26 patients in severe group.There were no significant differences in age,gender and other general data between two groups,and the percentage of white blood cells and neutrophils before and after treatment(all P>0.05).The score,duration of pain,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)and IL-10 before treatment in the mild-moderate group were significantly lower than those in severe group(t=28.408,23.888,2.726,9.381;all P<0.05).After treatment,all indexes of patients in two groups were improved,but Hs-CRP and IL-10 in mild-moderate group were significantly lower than those in severe group(t=4.342,5.966;all P<0.05).The corre-lation analysis showed that IL-10 before and after treatment was positively correlated with the severity and duration of pain(r=0.705,0.209,0.739,0.481;all P<0.001).The linear regression showed that IL-10 and Hs-CRP before treatment were signifi-cantly correlated with the pain duration of patients(t=5.240,5.026;all P<0.05).Conclusion IL-10 before and after treat-ment would be significantly correlated with the severity and duration of pain,which could be a reliable predictor of the prognosis of patients.
