全身骨显像中肾脏显影异常的病因浅析

摘要
目的 探讨全身骨显像中肾脏显影异常的发生情况并初步分析病因.方法 回顾性分析2021 年11 月至2022 年7 月在我院行骨显像的患者1674 例,对肾区不同类型的显影异常结合患者其他相关影像检查及临床资料进行定性评估.结果 共发现肾脏显影异常147 例(8.78%),其中肾实质显影明显54 例(3.23%),肾脏集合系统(肾盏肾盂或输尿管)异常显影61 例(3.64%),单肾不显影14 例(0.84%),双肾不显影 23 例(1.37%),肾脏位置异常 8 例(0.48%)等异常,并对不同类型显影异常的可能病因进行了分析.结论 骨显像中肾脏显影出现异常,可提示肾脏结构异常、尿路排泄障碍以及肾脏功能异常等情况,可引导临床按需要行进一步检查,以明确疾病的原因,对临床诊治具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
Objective To research the abnormal showing of kidney presented upon bone scintigraphy and analyze the rea-sons.Methods Bone scintigraphy of 1674 consecutive patients from November 2021 to July 2022 were reviewed.The medical re-cords of those patients with abnormal renal disorder and other associated situations were also reviewed.Results Abnormal renal development was found in 147 cases(8.78%),of which 54 cases(3.23%)were found obvious renal parenchyma development,61 cases(3.64%)were found abnormal renal gathering system(calycalygeal pelvis or ureter)development,14 cases(0.84%)of single kidney development,23 cases(1.37%)of double kidney development,8 cases(0.48%)with abnormal renal position,and the pos-sible causes of different types of abnormal development were analyzed.Conclusion In bone scintigraphy,the abnormal of renal images can indicated the present of etiologic causes about abnormalities of renal structure,function injury,dysfunction from obstruc-tion,and so on.Bone scintigraphy provides information of renal structure,urinary obstruction and renal function,improve analysis of etiologic analysis and management of diagnosis and treatment.
