The Application Value of Precise Reconstruction of Rotational Center of Femoral Head in Artificial Hip Replacement and the Influence of Postoperative Complications and Pain Degree
Objective To study application value of precise reconstruction of femoral head rotation center in artificial hip replacement(THR).Methods Total 180 patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent THR treatment in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 90 cases in each group.Control group used conventional tools,while the study group used a femoral head rotation center positioning tool.Perioperative indicators,inflammatory factors[interleu-kin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein to albumin ratio(CRP/Alb)],hip joint function(HHS score),balance function(BBS score),pain level(VAS score),complications,and acetabular prosthesis position were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of study group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 days after surgery,serum IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP/Alb in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,study group had higher HHS and BBS scores and lower VAS scores than control group(P<0.05).The inci-dence of postoperative complications in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the acetabular prosthesis abduction angle,femoral offset,and acetabular prosthesis anteversion angle in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In THR,precise reconstruction of the femoral head rotation center could shorten operation time,reduce inflammatory reactions,alleviate pain,restore hip joint and balance function,improve the position of acetabu-lar prosthesis,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
