自制散瘀止痛贴膏在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的治疗效果及对炎性因子的影响研究

摘要
目的:探究分析自制散瘀止痛贴膏在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的治疗效果及对炎性因子的影响.方法:选取我院2020 年 6 月—2022 年 6 月收治的 90 例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其划分为对照组、观察组和安慰组,各 30 例.其中,对照组采取常规疗法,观察组在常规疗法的基础上联合自制散瘀止痛贴膏治疗,安慰组使用安慰剂,比较 3 组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率、治疗前后关节疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分和炎性因子变化.结果:观察组患者的临床治疗优良率93.33%高于对照组的83.33%和安慰组的50.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组和安慰组,美国纽约特种外科医院膝关节功能评分高于对照组和安慰组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的并发症率的 6.67%低于对照组的 16.67%和安慰组的 26.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组血清C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素 1β、白细胞介素 6、白细胞介素 8 水平低于于对照组和安慰组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:自制散瘀止痛贴膏在膝关节骨性关节炎患者的治疗中可以发挥出显著作用,疗效良好,具体表现为可以帮助患者快速缓解临床症状和减轻疼痛,促进关节功能恢复,还有助于改善炎性反应,降低并发症发生风险,是一种安全有效的治疗方式.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of self-made blood stasis relipe plaster in patients with knee osteoarthritis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods:90 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.The case selection and study time were from June 2020 to June 2022,and they were divided into control group,observation group and comfort group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group was treated with self-made blood stasis relief plaster on the basis of conventional therapy,and the placebo group was treated with placebo.The clinical efficacy,complication rate,joint pain score,knee joint function score and inflammatory factors of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in observation group 93.33% was higher than 83.33% in control group and comfort group 50.00%,and the the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain Visual Analogne Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the comfort group,and the Hospital for Special Surgery score was higher than that of the control group and the comfort group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group 6.67% was lower than of the control group and the comfort group 26.67%,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors such as serun C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in observation group were lower than those in control group and placebo group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made blood stasis relief plaster can play a significant role in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients,with good efficacy,which can help patients quickly relieve clinical symptoms and pain,promote the recovery of joint function,and also help improve inflammatory response and reduce the risk of complications.It is a safe and effective treatment.
