单髁置换术与胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果对比分析

摘要
目的:观察对膝骨性关节炎患者实施胫骨高位截骨术与单髁置换术治疗的临床效果.方法:选取 2020 年 3 月—2022 年3 月就诊于本院的 76 例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象.按治疗方式的不同,将患者分为对照组和试验组,各 38 例.对照组采用单髁置换术治疗,试验组采用胫骨高位截骨术治疗.比较 2 组临床效果.结果:试验组治疗总有效率、Lysholm膝关节功能量表评分均高于对照组,试验组并发症发生率、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Tegner膝关节运动评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前后,2 组FTA指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2 组FTA指标均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对膝骨性关节炎患者实施胫骨高位截骨术治疗的效果优于单髁置换术,能够改善患者的膝关节功能,并减轻治疗期间的疼痛程度,安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of high tibial osteotomy and single condylar replacement in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:76 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,38 cases each group.The control group was treated with monocondylar replacement,and the experimental group was treated with high tibial osteotomy.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate and Lysholm knee function scale score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the complication rate,VAS score and Tegner knee movement score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in FTA indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,FTA indexes in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high tibial osteotomy on knee osteoarthritis patients is better than that of single condylar replacement,which can improve the knee function of patients and reduce the pain during treatment,with good safety.
