摘要
目的:探究康复护理干预在膝骨关节炎患者行膝关节功能锻炼期间的应用效果.方法:选择我院 2019 年 12 月—2020 年 12 月收治的 60 例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用康复护理,比较 2 组生活质量与膝关节功能恢复情况.结果:护理后,观察组Lequesne评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者恐动症评估简表(中文版)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医优良率 100.00%高于对照组的 83.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的护理满意度 100.00%高于对照组的 80.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2 组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较护理前降低,且观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在临床上对在行膝关节功能锻炼期间的膝骨关节炎患者采用康复护理干预,有助于提升患者的生活质量与加速膝关节功能恢复时间.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on knee joint function exercise in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing.Results:After nursing,the Lequesne scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the Short Form of Kinesiophobia Assessment(Chinese version)of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of compliance in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group 100.00% was higher than 80.00% of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis during knee functional exercise can help to improve the quality of life of patients and accelerate the recovery time of knee joint function.
