摘要
目的:分析对颈椎前路内固定术患者术后呼吸道管理过程中实施快速康复护理的应用效果.方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1 月期间在我院接受颈椎前路内固定术治疗的 70 例患者,以随机信封法对其进行分组,参照组(n=35)采用常规护理,观察组(n=35)在常规护理的基础上采用快速康复护理,比较2组患者术后下床活动用时、住院时间、治疗总费用、术后第1、2、3、5天时的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度.结果:观察组术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于参照组,观察组患者治疗费用比参照组患者花费少,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第 1、2、3、5 天,观察组患者的VAS评分均低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为 2.86%,比参照组患者低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为 97.14%,比参照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于颈椎前路内固定患者而言,在术后呼吸道管理过程中应用快速康复护理可降低并发症发生风险,减少疼痛发生次数,降低疼痛水平,有利于患者早日康复出院,减轻患者经济负担,并可提升患者对护理的满意度,具有较高应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative respiratory tract management of patients with anterior cervical internal fixation.Methods:A total of 70 patients who received anterior cervical internal fixation in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35)according to the random envelope method.The control group was given routine nursing.and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The time to get out of bed.length of hospital stay.total cost of treatment.visual analogue scale(VAS)score on the 1st.2nd.3rd and 5th day after operation.incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the reference group.and the treatment cost of the observation group was less than that of the reference group.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st.2nd.3rd and 5th day after operation.the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group.and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.86% .which was lower than that in the reference group.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14% .which was higher than that of the reference group.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with anterior cervical internal fixation.the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative respiratory tract management can reduce the risk of complications.the frequency of pain.and the level of pain.which is conducive to the early recovery and discharge of patients.reduce the economic burden of patients.and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.which has high application value.
