摘要
目的:探讨个性化护理对面部创伤后瘢痕增生及伤口恢复的影响.方法:选取 2016 年 2 月—2022 年 12 月天津市天津医院门诊和急诊收治的 60 例面部创伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各 30例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合个性化护理.比较 2 组创伤后瘢痕增生、伤口恢复情况.结果:护理后,研究组心理状态评估量表、社会影响量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组创伤后成长量表、临床面部评价量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组伤口拆线时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,瘢痕增生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:给予面部创伤患者个性化护理,有助于减轻患者负性情绪与病耻感,改善患者面部情况,减少瘢痕增生,促进创伤恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of personalized care on scar hyperplasia and wound recovery following facial trauma.Methods:Sixty patients with facial trauma treated at the department Tianjin hospital outpatient and emergency in from February 2016 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received personalized nursing in addition to routine nursing.Scar hyperplasia and wound recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the study group showed lower scores of the Mental Status Scale for Negative States and the Social Impact Scale compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the study group had higher scores of the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory and the Facial Assessment and Cosmetic Enhancement scale compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,the study group had shorter suture removal time,faster wound healing time,and lower scar hyperplasia rate than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing personalized nursing to patients with facial trauma helps alleviate negative emotions and shame,improves facial conditions,reduces scar hyperplasia,and promotes wound recovery.
