摘要
目的:分析舒适护理在压缩性老年腰椎骨折术后患者护理中的作用.方法:选取 2019 年 6 月—2021 年6 月我院收治的 62 例压缩性老年腰椎骨折术后患者为研究对象,随机均分为 2 组,各 31 例.参照组用常规护理,观察组用舒适护理,比较2组术后的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、护理满意度.结果:护理后,观察组VAS评分、术后镇痛药物应用剂量、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于参照组,生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:舒适护理能更好地缓解压缩性老年腰椎骨折术后疼痛,让老年患者安心静养,可提高护理效力,保护老年患者,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the role of comfort nursing in nursing care of elderly patients with compression lumbar fracture after surgery.Methods:62 elderly patients with compressible lumbar fracture treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into 2 groups with 31 cases each.The reference group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group with comfort nursing.The Visual Analogue Scale for pain scores(VAS)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,VAS score,postoperative analgesic drug dose,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score and Self-Rating Depression Scale score in observation group were lower than those in reference group,while quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those in reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can better relieve the postoperative pain of compressible lumbar fracture in elderly patients,make elderly patients rest at ease,improve nursing effectiveness,protect elderly patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
