心理护理在骨盆骨折患者CT增强检查中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在骨盆骨折患者CT增强检查中的应用.方法:选取我院 2019 年5 月—2023 年 5月收治的CT增强检查中的 80 例骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,按照数字抽签随机分为对照组与观察组,各40 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理联合心理护理.比较 2 组患者护理前后的心理状态评分、生活质量、满意度及不良反应发生情况.结果:护理前,2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意率为 97.50%,高于对照组的 82.50%,不良反应发生率为 2.50%,低于对照组的 17.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:骨盆骨折CT增强检查患者在使用造影剂中强化心理护理能降低患者的负性情绪与不良反应,显著提升患者满意度,综合应用价值更高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of psychological nursing in enhanced CT examination of patients with pelvic fracture.Methods:80 patients with pelvic fracture who received enhanced CT examination in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to digital drawing,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received routine nursing combined with psychological nursing.The scores of mental state,quality of life,satisfaction and adverse reactions before and after nursing were compared between groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 82.50% of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.50%,lower than 17.50% of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive psychological care in contrast agent can reduce negative emotions and adverse reactions of patients with pelvic fracture enhanced CT examination,significantly improve satisfaction of patients,and has higher comprehensive application value.
