摘要
目的:探讨下肢骨折内固定手术配合手术室护理的临床疗效.方法:选取该院 2019 年12月—2022 年12月收治的84例下肢骨折内固定手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 42 例.对照组实施常规护理服务,观察组配合手术室护理.比较 2 组患者的临床相关指标、疼痛评分、下肢运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量、护理满意度及并发症发生情况.结果:观察组手术、骨折愈合、下地及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,下肢运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为 4.80%,低于对照组的 21.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度为 97.60%,高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于接受内固定手术治疗的下肢骨折患者来说,手术室护理配合是一种较为理想的护理方法,可以缩短手术时间及术后恢复时间,在减少并发症的同时改善了患者的疼痛情况、下肢运动能力及日常生活能力与生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation operation combined with operating room nursing for lower limb fracture.Methods:84 patients who received internal fixation surgery for lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing service,and the observation group cooperated with operating room nursing.Clinical indicators,pain score,lower limb motor function,ability of daily living,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of operation,fracture healing,landing and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Visual Analogue Scores of pain in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the scores of lower limb motor function,ability of daily living and quality of life were higher than those in the control group,with the difference between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.80%,lower than 21.40% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.60%,higher than 83.30% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lower limb fracture treated with internal fixation surgery,operating room nursing cooperation is an ideal nursing method,which can shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,reduce complications,and improve patients'pain,lower limb movement ability,daily living ability and quality of life.
