摘要
目的:本文主要分析应用健康教育与心理护理干预对骨折患者负性情绪改善以及生活质量提升的临床效果.方法:筛选我院 2021年 1 月—2021 年12 月期间收治的 60 例骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组与对照组,各 30 例.对照组采用常规护理方式,研究组在常规护理基础上,应用健康教育与心理护理干预,通过对比患者的临床疗效、负性情绪评分、生活质量评分等,探究护理方法的积极作用.结果:经干预后,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为 96.67%,显著高于对照组 76.67%(P<0.05);干预前,2 组焦虑与抑郁负性情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组焦虑与抑郁负性情绪各项评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用健康教育与心理护理联合干预方式,能够针对骨折患者的负性情绪及生活质量等产生积极影响,可在提高临床治疗效果的基础上,缓解其不良心理情绪,提高生活自理能力,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective:This paper mainly analyzes the clinical effects of health education and psychological nursing intervention on the improvement of negative emotions and quality of life in patients with fracture.Methods:Selecting 60 fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 as the research subjects,randomly divide them into a research group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group patients with conventional nursing,the research group focused on the basis of conventional nursing,the application of health education and psychological nursing intervention,through the comparison of patients with clinical efficacy rate,negative emotions score,quality of life score,explore the positive effect of nursing methods.Results:After intervention,the total clinical efficacy rate of the research group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 76.67% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before intervention,a comparison was made between the negative emotional scores of anxiety and depression in two groups,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,the negative emotional scores of anxiety and depression in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the research group patients were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education and psychological nursing combined intervention can have a positive impact on the negative emotions and quality of life of patients with fracture.It can alleviate the negative psychological emotions and improve the self-care ability on the basis of improving the clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
