中医护理改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生存质量的有效性分析

摘要
目的:分析脑卒中偏瘫患者采用中医护理对肢体功能与生活质量的影响.方法:选取我院 2018 年 6 月—2020 年6月收治的 60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 30 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理.比较 2 组患者的肢体功能改善情况及生存质量.结果:护理后,观察组各项肢体功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意率为96.67%,高于对照组的 80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施中医护理干预可以提升患者的肢体功能,改善患者的生活质量,有助于提升患者的护理满意度,应用价值理想,值得在临床推广和使用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on limb function and quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:60 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The improvement of limb function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,all limb function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the World Health Organization Quality of Life scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for stroke patients with hemiplegia can improve the limb function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,help to enhance the nursing satisfaction of patients,and the application value is ideal,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
