摘要
目的:研究早期康复锻炼对改善ICU心脏手术术后功能障碍患者的作用.方法:选取 2019年 12月—2020年 12月在我院ICU接受心脏手术治疗的 94例术后功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照入住ICU的先后顺序进行分组,其中后入住ICU的47例患者作为康复组,其护理方法为早期康复锻炼,先入住ICU的 47例患者作为常规组,其护理方法为常规护理.对比分析两种护理方式的效果.结果:康复组患者呼吸机使用、气管插管拔管及ICU监护时间均明显短于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,康复组心脏射血分数高于常规组,临床症状评分低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:为ICU心脏手术术后功能障碍患者实施早期康复锻炼是一种理想的方式,有助于患者的更好恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of early rehabilitation exercise on improving dysfunction in ICU patients after cardiac surgery.Methods:Ninety-four patients with postoperative dysfunction who received cardiac surgery in ICU of our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and divided into groups according to the order of admission to ICU.Among them,47 patients who were admitted to ICU later were taken as the rehabilitation group with early rehabilitation exercise as the nursing method,and 47 patients who were admitted to ICU first were taken as the routine group.The nursing method is routine nursing.The effects of the two nursing methods were compared as the study objects and analyzed.Results:The use of ventilator,tracheal intubation and extubation and ICU monitoring time in rehabilitation group were significantly shorter than those in conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the ejection fraction of the rehabilitation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the clinical symptom score was lower than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation exercise is an ideal way for the patients with dysfunction after cardiac surgery in ICU.
