分阶段延伸的个性化心脏康复运动方案对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响

摘要
目的:分析在为慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者实施护理服务的过程中分阶段延伸的个性化心脏康复运动方案对其心功能和生活质量造成的影响.方法:本研究将2019年 7月—2022年 7月于我院接受CHF治疗的 58例患者作为研究对象,患者的分组方式为随机数字表法,共将患者分为试验组(n=29)与对照组(n=29),试验组采用分阶段延伸的个性化心脏康复运动方案,对照组采用常规心脏康复运动方案.比较 2组的应用效果.结果:护理前,2组患者心功能、生活质量、心理状态、认知功能、运动耐量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者护理后上述指标均显著优于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在为CHF患者实施护理服务的过程中分阶段延伸的个性化心脏康复运动护理方案是一种理想的护理方法,对患者的心功能、生活质量、运动耐量均有着积极影响.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized cardiac rehabilitation exercise program extended by stages on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)during the implementation of nursing services.Methods:In this study,58 patients who received CHF treatment in hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the experimental group(n=29)and the control group(n=29)by the random number table method.The control group received routine cardiac rehabilitation exercise program.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in cardiac function,quality of life,psychological state,cognitive function and exercise tolerance between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the above indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of nursing service for CHF patients,the phased extension of personalized cardiac rehabilitation exercise nursing plan is an ideal nursing method,which has a positive impact on the cardiac function,quality of life and exercise tolerance of patients.
