摘要
目的:探讨研究改良外侧胫骨平台骨折塌陷关节面复位术治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效.方法:将 2020年 3月 1日—2023年 3月 1日于本院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者中抽出 120例作为观察对象,根据治疗方法差异性分为 2组,各 60例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用改良外侧胫骨平台骨折塌陷关节面复位术,比较 2组患者治疗效果.结果:手术后即刻及末次随访时,观察组关节面塌陷高度均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后 8、16周,观察组膝关节评分量表、膝关节日常功能评价表评分均较对照组高,膝关节伸直及伸屈最大角度均较对照组大,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为 5.00%,低于对照组的 20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对胫骨平台骨折患者采用改良外侧胫骨平台骨折塌陷关节面复位术,不仅可以降低其关节面塌陷高度,还能加快患者膝关节功能恢复进度,提高关节活动度,降低并发症发生率,整体手术效果显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of modified reduction of lateral tibial plateau fracture collapse articular surface in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:120 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from March 1,2020 to March 1,2023 were selected as the observation objects.According to the differences in treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified reduction of the collapsed articular surface of lateral tibial plateau fractures.Results:At immediate after operation and last follow-up,the collapse height of articular surface in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).At 8 and 16 weeks after operation,the scores of knee joint rating scale and knee Joint Daily Function evaluation form in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the maximum angles of knee joint extension and extension and flexion were larger than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified reduction of the collapsed articular surface of lateral tibial plateau fracture for patients with tibial plateau fracture can not only reduce the collapse height of the articular surface,but also accelerate the recovery of knee joint function,improve the joint range of motion,and reduce the incidence of complications.The overall surgical effect is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
