摘要
目的:探讨罗伊适应模式(Roy adaptation model,RAM)在全髋关节置换术后患者康复中的应用.方法:选取该院 2020年 3月—2023年 3月收治的 100例全髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 50例.对照组采用骨科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用罗伊适应模式的护理.对比 2组患者手术后髋关节功能、两周后对功能锻炼知识的了解情况、并发症发生率、SF-36评分.结果:观察组髋关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组对关节功能锻炼相应内容了解水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组手术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:罗伊适应模式在全髋关节置换术后患者痊愈治疗中的效果显著.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of Roy adaptation model(RAM)in the rehabilitation of patients after total hip replacement.Methods:A total of 100 patients with total hip arthroplasty admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with orthopedic routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with Roy's adaptation model based on the control group.The hip function after surgery,the knowledge of functional exercise two weeks later,the incidence of complications,and the SF-36 score were compared between the two groups.Results:The hip function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The understanding level of joint function exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Roy adaptation model on recovery of patients after total hip replacement is remarkable.
