摘要
目的:观察Thera-band弹力带在改善肌腱修复术后中晚期肌腱粘连的效果.方法:选取 2020年 1月—2022年12月于我院就诊的 30例手外伤屈肌腱修复术后中晚期肌腱粘连的患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组 15例.对照组给予常规运动治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加Thera-band弹力带治疗,比较 2组的治疗效果.结果:治疗后,2组患者的Carroll手功能评分、握力及TAM评分均优于治疗前比较,且试验组组治疗后的Carroll手功能评分、握力及TAM评分均优于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:Thera-band弹力带应用在手外伤肌腱修复术后中晚期患者可以改善肌腱的滑动,增加肌力,提高患者手功能,是一项有效康复训练方法,可运用于临床.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Thera-band elastic band in improving middle and late stage tendon adhesion after tendon repair.Methods:30 patients with middle and late stage tendon adhesion after flexor tendon repair in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine exercise therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Thera-band elastic band on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,Carroll hand function score,grip strength and TAM score of the 2 groups were better than those before treatment,and Carroll hand function score,grip strength and TAM score of the experimental group after treatment were better than those of the conventional treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thera-band elastic band can improve tendon slip,increase muscle strength and improve hand function in the middle and advanced patients after tendon repair.It is an effective rehabilitation training method and can be applied in clinic.
