康复护理在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨康复护理在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者中的应用效果.方法:选取该院 2019年 8月—2020年 12月收治的 80例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40).对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用康复护理,比较 2组患者的干预效果.结果:观察组患者日常生活能力及运动功能评分分别为(89.48±5.68)分与(82.50±7.62)分,均高于对照组患者的(75.71±5.51)分与(67.17±7.79)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组住院时间为(23.38±6.42)d,短于对照组的(33.84±7.37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度为 95.00%,高于对照组的 77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将康复护理应用到脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的干预中,可提升其日常生活能力、运动功能及康复速度,并提高患者对护理服务的认可度.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods:Eighty patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The points of daily living ability and motor function in observation group were(89.48±5.68)points and(82.50±7.62)points,respectively,which were higher than those in control group(75.71±5.51)points and(67.17±7.79)points,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 77.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality points of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing to the intervention of patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury can improve their daily living ability,motor function and rehabilitation speed,and improve patients'recognition of nursing services.
