摘要
目的:分析肿胀护理干预在下肢骨折患者术后护理中的效果.方法:选取江西省新余市分宜县中医院 2018年11月—2020年 12月收治的 70例下肢骨折患者,经随机抽签方式将患者分为研究组和参照组,各 35例.参照组采用基础护理,研究组在参照组基础上采用肿胀护理干预,比较2组肢体肿胀程度、生活质量、满意度、疼痛程度、不良情绪及运动功能.结果:研究组肿胀程度优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后3、6、9、12 d,研究组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,研究组生活质量量表中睡眠、饮食、生理功能、心理功能和社会功能5个方面评分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:下肢骨折患者术后采用肿胀护理干预能促进肿胀消退和运动功能的恢复,减轻疼痛程度,减少不良情绪,提升生活质量及患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of swelling nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with lower limb fracture.Methods:A total of 70 patients with lower limb fracture admitted to Fenyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xinyu City,Jiangxi Province from November 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the reference group,with 35 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with basic nursing,and the study group was treated with swelling care intervention based on the reference group.The degree of limb swelling,quality of life,satisfaction,pain degree,bad mood and motor function were compared between the two groups.Results:The swelling degree of the study group was better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3,6,9 and 12 days after nursing,the visual analogue scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of sleep,diet,physiological function,psychological function and social function in the quality of life scale of the study group were higher than those fo the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative swelling nursing intervention in patients with lower limb fracture can promote the regression of swelling and the recovery of motor function,reduce the degree of pain,reduce adverse emotions,improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction.
