摘要
目的:研究分析在气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者接受治疗的过程中,为患者实施针刺联合艾灸和拔罐的护理干预效果.方法:选取 2020年 1月—2023年 6月于本院接受治疗的60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出患者为研究对象.按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组 30例,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者实施中医护理,比较两种护理方案的临床效果差异.结果:研究组患者住院时间、疼痛时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,满意度优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者腰椎功能均发生不同程度的变化,且研究组患者变化幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:为气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者实施针刺联合艾灸和拔罐进行护理干预可以有效提升患者的生活质量,缩短治疗时间,使得患者满意度更高,具备推广价值.
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of acupncture combined with moxibustion and cupping for nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,and the study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The clinical effects of the two nursing programs were compared.Results:The length of hospital stay and pain time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction was better than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The lumbar spine function of the two groups changed to different degrees,and the change range of the study group was greater,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention of acupuncture combined with moxibustion and cupping for patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,shorten the treatment time,make the satisfaction of patients higher,and has the value of promotion.
