综合性优质护理对老年腰椎压缩骨折患者的护理效果评价

摘要
目的:探索分析针对接受经皮椎体后凸成形术干预的老年腰椎压缩骨折患者进行综合性优质护理的方法以及疗效.方法:选取我院 2022年 4月—2023年 3月收治的 68例接受经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的老年腰椎压缩骨折患者为研究对象,以数字法随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组(n=34)均接受常规方式传统护理,研究组(n=34)均在相同方式前提下进行综合性优质护理.对比临床效果.结果:干预前,2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组对于护理人员的服务态度、技术水平、健康宣教、护患沟通、心理支持满意度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,2组健康调查简表(SF-36)中躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能及健康状况评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组SF-36量表中躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能及健康状况评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对接受经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的老年腰椎压缩骨折患者实施综合性优质护理,有助于提升满意度,降低负性情绪发生率,提升生活质量,加快机能恢复,具有极大的推广应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the comprehensive and high-quality nursing for elderly patients with lumbar compression fractures who underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty.Methods:Sixty-eight elderly patients with lumbar compression fracture who received percutaneous kyphoplasty treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by digital method.The control group(n=34)all received conventional traditional nursing.The study group(n=34)all carried out comprehensive quality care under the same premise.The clinical effect was compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The service attitude,technical level,health education,nurse-patient communication and psychological support satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the MOS item Short from health survey scores of physical pain,physiological function,physiological function,social function and health status between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scores of body pain,physiological function,physiological function,social function and health status in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive and high-quality nursing care for elderly patients with lumbar compression fractures undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty is helpful to improve satisfaction,reduce the incidence of negative emotions,improve quality of life,and accelerate functional recovery,which has great application value.
