时效性激励护理对脊髓型颈椎病患者术后康复的影响

摘要
目的:综合分析时效性激励护理对脊髓型颈椎病患者术后康复的影响.方法:回顾性分析 2021年 3月—2022年 3月我院收治的 65例脊髓型颈椎病症患者的临床资料,所有脊髓型颈椎病患者均实施常规护理方法加时效性激励护理方法.采用统计学分析脊髓型颈椎病患者术后并发症发生率、护理依从性、护理前后疼痛评分、生活质量评分、颈椎功能评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分.结果:脊髓型颈椎病患者术后并发症发生率为1.54%,依从性为95.38%.护理后,脊髓型颈椎病患者的疼痛评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脊髓型颈椎病患者的生活质量评分、颈椎功能评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:常规护理加时效性激励护理方法用于脊髓型颈椎病患者中可加速其术后康复,降低术后并发症发生率,提高治疗依从性,改善生活质量和颈椎功能.
Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively analyze the influence of time-effective incentive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods:Clinical data of 65 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were given routine nursing methods plus time-effective incentive nursing methods.The incidence of postoperative complications,nursing compliance,pain score,quality of life score,cervical function score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were analyzed statistically.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy was 1.54%and compliance was 95.38%.After nursing,the pain score and Pittsburgh sleep quality score of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score and cervical function score of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were higher than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of conventional nursing plus time-effective incentive nursing in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy can accelerate their postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve treatment compliance,improve quality of life and cervical spine function.
