视频宣教联合回授法在腰椎间盘突出症围术期的护理应用分析

摘要
目的:探讨视频宣教联合回授法在腰椎间盘突出症围术期的护理应用优势.方法:选取本院 2020年 2月—2020 年12月收治的82例腰椎间盘突出症手术患者为研究对象.根据时间先后以2020年2-7月手术患者为对照组(n=41),在围术期内采用常规护理模式;2020年 8-12月手术患者为试验组(n=41),在围术期内采用视频宣教联合回授法护理干预.比较 2组患者住院时长、患者护理满意率及术后恢复情况.结果:试验组视频宣教联合回授法护理干预情况下,患者围术期内住院时间明显缩短,试验组患者住院时间(9.56±1.95)d,患者护理满意度(97.02±3.22)分,出院时患者日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)(25.63±2.68)分;而相比之下,对照组患者住院时间长达(11.05±2.06)d,患者护理满意度低至(95.02±3.32)分,出院时患者JOA评分(24.83±2.80)分.2组患者各项指标比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腰椎间盘突出症围术期内患者,通过视频宣教联合回授法护理干预可以加速患者康复,缩短患者住院时长,提高患者护理满意率,值得进一步探讨.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application advantages of video education combined with teach-back method in perioperative nursing of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 82 surgical patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the time sequence,surgical patients from February to July 2020 were taken as the control group,and routine nursing mode was adopted during the perioperative period.A total of surgical patients from August to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and video education combined with feedback method was used for nursing intervention during the perioperative period,with 41 cases in each group.The length of hospital stay,patients' satisfaction with nursing and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the length of perioperative hospital stay was significantly shortened,the length of hospital stay was(9.56±1.95)d,the nursing satisfaction was(97.02±3.22)points,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Asdsociation Scores(JOA)at discharge was(25.63±2.68)points.In contrast,in the control group,the length of hospital stay was(11.05±2.06)d,the nursing satisfaction was as low as(95.02±3.32)points,and the JOA score was(24.83±2.80)points at discharge.All the indexes of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For perioperative patients with lumbar disc herniation,video education combined with feed back nursing intervention can accelerate the recovery of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of further discussion.
