摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理对小儿四肢骨折术后功能锻炼的影响.方法:选取该院 2022年 7月—2023年 5月接受手术治疗的 70例四肢骨折患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 35例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用舒适护理.对比 2组功能锻炼依从性、术后疼痛程度、舒适度、睡眠质量、生活质量、心理状态、护理满意度.结果:观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,功能锻炼依从性高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后卧床时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后1～3 d,观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组舒适质量评分高于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意度为 97.14%,高于对照组的 80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:舒适护理应用于四肢骨折术后患儿,可减轻其术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,加快术后康复进程,提升患儿舒适度,改善其睡眠质量、生活质量,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of comfort nursing on functional exercise in children with limbs fracture after operation.Methods:70 children with limb fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfort nursing based on the control group.The compliance of functional exercise,postoperative pain,comfort,sleep quality,quality of life,psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the compliance of functional exercise was higher than that in the control group,with the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative bed time,hospital stay and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 to 3 days after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of comfort quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of sleep quality was lower than that in the control group,with the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Anxiety scores and Depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.14%,higher than that in the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing is applied to children after the operation of limb fracture,which can reduce the postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,improve the comfort of children,improve their sleep quality and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
