合并外侧壁骨折的不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的治疗进展

摘要
在股骨转子间骨折治疗中,人们逐渐认识到外侧壁对股骨近端骨折稳定性的重要影响.外侧壁完整性的恢复有助于对破碎的股骨近端骨折块形成初始固定,恢复髋部外展肌群的有效长度,可有效预防内固定失效、髋内翻畸形、人工关节脱位等并发症的发生.目前对合并外侧壁骨折的转子间骨折重要性的认识、临床分型及治疗方案的确立未能达成一致,本文经查询国内外相关文献后对合并外侧壁骨折的转子间骨折的研究及治疗进展进行综述,期待可提高临床上对外侧壁骨折治疗的认识.
Abstract
In the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur,it is gradually recognized that the lateral wall plays an important role in the stability of proximal femoral fracture.The restoration of the integrity of the lateral wall can help to form the initial fixation of the broken proximal femur fracture block,restore the effective length of the hip abductor muscle group,and effectively prevent the occurrence of internal fixation failure,hip varus deformity,artificial joint dislocation and other complications.At present,there is no consensus on the importance of intertrochanteric fracture combined with external wall fracture,clinical classification and treatment plan establishment.This paper reviews the research and treatment progress of intertrochanteric fracture combined with external wall fracture after searching relevant literature at home and abroad,hoping to improve the clinical understanding of the treatment of external wall fracture.
