抗精神病药物对男性精神分裂症合并骨质疏松患者的影响因素分析

摘要
目的:分析长期服用抗精神病药物对男性慢性精神分裂症合并骨质疏松患者的影响因素.方法:本研究选取我院 2019年 3月—2022年 2月收治的 80例男性慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,通过问卷调查方法,收集患者基本资料.对影响骨密度的基线因素和不同服药方式进行分析.结果:不同的年龄段、吸烟、饮酒、糖尿病、病程、服药时间及住院时间,都会对骨量减少产生影响(P＜0.05);催乳素水平、不同的药物及不同的用药方法也对骨量的减少有影响(P＜0.05).结论:精神分裂症患者须长时间坚持服用药物,因此要定期对骨密度和血清催乳素进行检测,注意营养的摄入和及时补充钙元素,充分了解骨质疏松发生的影响因素,可以提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence factors of long-term use of antipsychotic drugs on male patients with chronic schizophrenia complicated with osteoporosis.Methods:In this study,80 male patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and basic data of patients were collected through questionnaire survey.The baseline factors affecting bone mineral density and different medication methods were analyzed.Results:Different age groups,smoking,drinking,diabetes,course of disease,duration of medication and duration of hospital stay all had effects on bone mass loss(P＜0.05);prolactin level,different drugs and different medication methods also had effects on the decrease of bone mass(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Patients with schizophrenia must insist on taking drugs for a long time,so it is necessary to regularly detect bone mineral density and serum prolactin,pay attention to nutrient intake and timely supplement calcium,fully understand the influencing factors of osteoporosis,can improve the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.
