摘要
目的:探讨伤科活血汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效及对患者关节功能与疼痛的影响.方法:选取该院 2022年 1月—2022年 12月收治的 120例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各60例.对照组采用双醋瑞因治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用伤科活血汤治疗,2组均连续治疗 3个月.对比 2组不良反应发生情况、临床疗效、关节疼痛程度、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α及C反应蛋白含量.结果:治疗 3个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为 98.3%,高于对照组 88.3%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组肝肾功能损害、静脉血栓、乏力、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生情况比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组TNF-α、CRP含量均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:伤科活血汤治疗膝骨性关节炎能提高治疗效果,且具有较高的安全性,也可缓解患者疼痛状况.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shangke Huoxue Decoction on knee osteoarthritis and its influence on joint function and pain.Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diacrein,and the observation group was treated with Shangke Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The occurrence of adverse reactions,clinical efficacy,degree of joint pain,serum tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein contents were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%,higher than that of the control group 88.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the occurrence of adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function impairment,venous thrombosis,fatigue,nausea and vomiting between 2 groups(P＞0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The contents of TNF-α and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of knee osteoarthritis can improve the therapeutic effect,and has a high safety,but also can relieve the pain of patients.
