摘要
目的:探讨经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法:选取该院 2021年 1-12月经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗 61例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,比较患者术前、术后 3 d、术后 1个月及末次随访的疼痛程度、腰椎功能、临床疗效.结果:术前、术后 3 d、术后 1个月、末次随访的视觉模拟评分分别为(8.34±0.98)分、(5.03±1.29)分、(2.85±1.21)分、(1.51±2.13)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术前、术后 3 d、术后 1个月、末次随访的腰椎功能指数分别为(71.48±15.13)、(36.16±10.27)、(21.87±7.84)、(12.75±18.38),术前、术后 3 d、术后1个月、末次随访的腰椎功能指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症创伤小,可保留手术节段的运动功能,对椎旁肌干扰小,恢复快,术后卧床时间短,具有确切的临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of percutaneous foraminal TESSYS technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:61 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by TESSYS technique with percutaneous foramicroscopy from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.The pain degree,lumbar function and clinical efficacy of the patients were compared before surgery,3 days after surgery,1 month after surgery and at the last follow-up.Results:The visual simulation scores were(8.34±0.98)points,(5.03±1.29)points,(2.85±1.21)points and(1.51±2.13)points before surgery,3 days after surgery,1 month after surgery and at the last follow-up respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The lumbar functional index before surgery,3 days after surgery,1 month after surgery and at the last follow-up were(71.48±15.13),(36.16±10.27),(21.87±7.84)and(12.75±18.38),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant before surgery,3 days after surgery,1 month after surgery and at the last follow-up(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous foraminoscopy TESSYS technique for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has less trauma,can preserve the motor function of the operative segment,has less interference with the paravertebral muscle,fast recovery,and short postoperative bed time,and has a definite clinical effect.
