摘要
目的:分析综合护理干预对肋骨骨折患者术后康复的影响.方法:选取 2020年 1月—2023年 4月本院收治的60例肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组 30例.对照组采用基础护理,观察组采用综合护理.对比 2组的胸管留置时间、住院时间、疼痛度、生活质量、自我护理、负性情绪、并发症.结果:观察组患者的胸管留置时间、住院时间均短于对照组,VAS评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组SF-36各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,2 组SCHFI评分、HPLP评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,2组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针对肋骨骨折患者实施综合护理,有助于改善患者的术后生活质量,降低患者的疼痛度和并发症发生率,促使其早日康复.
Abstract
Objective:Analyzing the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with rib fractures.Methods:60 patients with rib fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divided them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The chest tube retention time,hospital stay,pain level,quality of life,self care,negative emotions,and complications between two groups were compared.Results:The observation group had shorter chest tube retention time and hospital stay compared to the control group,and had higher VAS scores than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the SCHFI score and HPLP score of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing comprehensive nusing for patients with rib fractures can help improve their postoperative quality of life,reduce their pain and incidence of complications,and promote their early recovery.
