叙事护理联合正念减压疗法对军事训练骨折手术后康复效果的影响

摘要
目的:探究叙事护理联合正念减压疗法对军事训练骨折手术术后康复效果的影响.方法:选择 2020年 1月—2022年 1月于我院接受治疗的 62例因军事训练导致骨折经手术后的疗养员为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各31例,研究组接受叙事护理联合正念减压疗法,对照组接受常规康复期护理,对比2组护理前后疼痛程度、不良情绪、自我效能评分、疗养期间并发症的发生情况.结果:护理后 7 d和 15 d,研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组一般效能评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对军事训练所致骨折行手术治疗的疗养员开展叙事护理联合正念减压疗法有助于降低疗养员术后疼痛水平和焦虑状态,同时还有助于提高疗养员的自我效能评估,还可以降低各类并发症发生率,具有一定的推广应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction on the rehabilitation of fracture patients after military training.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2022,62 convalescets with fractures caused by military training who underwent surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 31 cases in each group.The degree of pain,bad emotion,self-efficacy score and the incidence of complications during convalescence were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:7 and 15 d after nursing,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The general efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction can help to reduce the postoperative pain level and anxiety of the recuperators,improve the self-efficacy assessment of the recuperators,and reduce the incidence of various complications,which has certain promotion and application value.
