针对性护理在锁骨骨折内固定术后患者护理中的价值分析

摘要
目的:探讨针对性护理在锁骨骨折内固定术后患者护理中的价值.方法:选取 2020年 4月—2021年 12月本院收治的 64例锁骨骨折内固定术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各32例,对照组采用骨科常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理,对比2组肩关节功能恢复的优良率、术后并发症的发生率、护理满意度与生活质量.结果:观察组肩关节功能恢复的优良率为 90.63%,高于对照组的 68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症的发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度和生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针对性护理用于锁骨骨折内固定术后患者护理中,有着比较高的临床价值,能够加快肩关节功能的恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,使护理效果得到明显的提高,促进患者生活质量的提升.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with clavicle fracture after internal fixation.Methods:64 patients with clavicle fracture after internal fixation admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The excellent rate of shoulder joint function recovery,the incidence of postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function recovery in the observation group was 90.63%,which was higher than 68.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.13%,which was lower than 18.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing for patients with clavicle fracture after internal fixation has relatively high clinical value,which can accelerate the recovery of shoulder joint function,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,so that the nursing effect can be significantly improved,and promote the improvement of patients quality of life.
