围术期护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折切开复位内固定术中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探究分析在老年股骨粗隆间骨折切开复位内固定术中予以围术期护理的效果.方法:选取 2021年 10月—2022年 10月我院收治的 70例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,依据不同干预的方式细分为对照组和观察组,每组35例.对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以围术期护理.比较 2组的围手术期静息状态下疼痛评分、生活能力指标、护理满意度、术后并发症发生率、Oswsetry功能障碍指数.结果:护理前,2组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理前,2组Brathel指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组Brathel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.29%,高于对照组的 71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率为 2.86%,低于对照组的 25.71%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理前,2组Oswsetry功能障碍指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组Oswsetry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针对老年股骨粗隆间骨折切开复位内固定术患者,积极实施围术期护理,将明显改善患者围手术期静息状态下疼痛程度,可提升生活能力,降低术后并发症发生率,同时能够提升护理满意度,改善Oswsetry功能障碍指数,有一定的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing in open reduction and internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients Methods:70 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group based on different intervention methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing.The perioperative resting state pain scores,life ability indicators,nursing satisfaction,incidence of postoperative complications,and Oswsetry dysfunction index between two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,comparison of pain scores between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);before nursing,comparison of Brathel index scores between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after nursing,the observation group had a higher Brathel index score than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than the 71.43%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than the control group's 25.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);before nursing,comparison of Oswsetry dysfunction index scores between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after nursing,the Oswsetry dysfunction index scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Actively implement perioperative nursing for open reduction and internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients,will significantly improve the patient's pain level during the perioperative period in a resting state,it can improve living ability,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve Oswsetry dysfunction index,it has certain application value.
