Orem自理模式应用于急诊创伤骨折患者护理中的效果评价

摘要
目的:探讨Orem处理模式在急诊创伤骨折患者护理中的应用价值.方法:选取 2021年 1月—2022年 12月我院收治的 134例急诊创伤骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组和对照组,每组67例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上联合Orem自理模式.比较 2组的护理疗效、心理状况、并发症、生活质量及护理满意度.结果:研究组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,2组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,2组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在急诊创伤骨折患者中,施以Orem自理模式,可改善患者的心理状况,减少术后并发症的发生,有利于患者生活质量水平的提升.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of Orem self-care mode in emergency traumatic fracture patients.Methods:134 emergency traumatic fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,randomly divide it into a study group and a control group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received Orem self-care mode in combination with the control group.The nursing efficacy,psychological status,complications,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results:The excellent rate of the research group is higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life status in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In emergency traumatic fracture patients,applying Orem self-care mode can improve their psychological condition,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and promote the improvement of their quality of life.
