摘要
目的:分析围手术期心理护理干预对骨肉瘤手术患者应激状态的影响.方法:选取 2019年 1月—2021 年 12月我院收治的 38例骨肉瘤手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 19例.对照组给予常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用围手术期心理护理干预.对比 2组的应激状态、生活质量、护理满意度.结果:观察组SBP、DBP、HR水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,2组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、症状自评量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,2组生理功能、健康状况、情感职能及社会功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:围手术期心理护理干预对骨肉瘤手术患者应激状态有着积极影响,有助于其生活质量的提高.
Abstract
objective:Analysis of the impact of perioperative psychological nursing intervention on the stress state of patients undergoing osteosarcoma surgery.Methods:38 surgical patients with osteosarcoma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received additional perioperative psychological care intervention in addition to the control group.Compare the stress status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The levels of SBP,DBP,and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of the anxiety self-assessment scale,depression self-assessment scale,and symptom self-assessment scale in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the physiological function,health status,emotional function,and social function scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative psychological nursing intervention has a positive impact on the stress state of patients undergoing osteosarcoma surgery,which helps to improve their quality of life.
