临床护理路径对肾性骨病致股骨颈骨折患者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径对肾性骨病致股骨颈骨折患者生活质量的影响.方法:选取该院 2018年 3月—2023年 2月收治的 80例肾性骨病致股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 40例.对照组采用基础护理,观察组采用临床护理路径.比较2组髋关节功能、生活质量、并发症发生情况、心理状态、护理满意度.结果:干预后,观察组髋关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组生活质量各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组并发症总发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的 77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对肾性骨病致股骨颈骨折患者,采用临床护理路径,可明显改善患者应激情绪,促进髋关节功能快速恢复,赢得患者肯定和满意,提升其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on quality of life of patients with femoral neck fracture caused by renal bone disease.Methods:80 patients with femoral neck fracture caused by renal bone disease admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic nursing,the observation group was treated with clinical nursing.Hip function,quality of life,complications,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the hip function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was 97.50%,higher than 77.50%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:For patients with femoral neck fracture caused by renal bone disease,clinical nursing can obviously improve the stress of patients,promote the rapid recovery of hip function,win the recognition and satisfaction of patients,and improve their quality of life.
