综合性院内护理在急诊创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨综合性院内护理在急诊创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果.方法:选取该院 2020年 4月—2023年 1月收治的 80例创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 40例.2组均接受正常的院前急救措施,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合性院内护理.比较2组并发症发生情况、生活质量、负性情绪、护理满意度.结果:观察组并发症总发生率为 7.50%,低于对照组的 32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组生活质量的各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理总满意度为 100.00%,高于对照组的 82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:急诊创伤性骨折患者采用综合性院内护理效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量,减少其不良情绪,增加护理满意度,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive hospital nursing in emergency patients with traumatic fracture.Methods:A total of 80 patients with traumatic fractures admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups received normal pre-hospital emergency measures,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive hospital nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,quality of life,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than that in the control group(32.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that in the control group(82.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive in-hospital nursing for emergency traumatic fracture patients has remarkable effects,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce their negative emotions,and increase nursing satisfaction.
