重型颅脑损伤的手术室护理方法及效果

摘要
目的:浅析重型颅脑损伤的手术室护理方法及效果.方法:选取我院 2019年 8月—2020年 6月收治的 60例重型颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,用奇偶数列法 1∶1 分组,研究组患者运用综合性手术室护理,对照组患者运用传统手术室护理,比较 2组抢救效果.结果:研究组生存率比对照组高,并发症发生率比对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组手术准备时间、住院时间均短于对照组,格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在重型颅脑损伤治疗中综合性手术室护理有着良好的应用效果,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the nursing methods and effects of severe craniocerebral injury in operating room.Methods:A total of 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group with the odd and even column method.The patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive operating room nursing,and the patients in the control group were treated with traditional operating room nursing.Results:The survival rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The operation preparation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the Glasgow coma score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,comprehensive operating room nursing has a good application effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
