急诊护理在多发性骨折合并休克患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨急诊护理在多发性骨折合并休克患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020年 1月—2023年 1月我院收治的 86例多发性骨折合并休克患者为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,各 43例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施急诊护理.对比 2组患者的抢救效果、创伤严重程度(ISS)评分、血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)水平、生存质量评分、护理满意度.结果:护理后,观察组患者的急诊滞留时间、急诊交接时间均短于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组ISS评分为(7.53±4.17)分,低于对照组的(12.63±3.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组血清cTnⅠ水平为(0.03±0.01)ng/ml,低于对照组的(0.06±0.02)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:急诊护理能够提高多发性骨折合并休克患者的抢救质量,促进恢复,提高生存质量,并得到患者的满意评价,临床应用价值高.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of emergency nursing in patients with multiple fractures combined with shock.Methods:A total of 86 patients with multiple fractures combined with shock admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received emergency nursing.The rescue effect,trauma severity(ISS)score,serum troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)level,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the emergency retention time and emergency handover time of patients in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the success rate of rescue was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The ISS score of the observation group was(7.53±4.17)points,which was lower than that of the control group(12.63±3.27)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The serum cTnⅠ level in the observation group was(0.03±0.01)ng/ml,lower than that in the control group(0.06±0.02)ng/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Emergency nursing can improve the rescue quality of patients with multiple fractures combined with shock,promote recovery,improve the quality of life,and get patients satisfaction evaluation,clinical application value is high.
