空心加压螺钉与可吸收材料治疗足部骨折的效果比较

摘要
目的:探讨空心加压螺钉与可吸收材料治疗足部骨折的效果.方法:选取我院收治的 120例足部骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组 60例.对照组采用空心加压螺钉治疗,研究组采用可吸收材料治疗.对比 2组患者的临床疗效、踝关节功能、并发症发生率及疼痛评分.结果:研究组近期治疗总有效率及远期治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组踝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组SF-36量表中各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:足部骨折患者应用可吸收材料治疗效果比较好,可明显提高治疗效果,促使踝关节功能尽快恢复,并且术后并发症的发生率比较低,可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hollow compression screw and absorbable material in the treatment of foot fracture.Methods:120 patients with foot fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hollow pressure screws,and the study group was treated with absorbable materials.The clinical efficacy,ankle joint function,complication rate and pain score of 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of short-term treatment and long-term treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ankle joint function score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of absorbable materials in the treatment of foot fracture patients is better,which can significantly improve the treatment effect and promote the recovery of ankle joint function as soon as possible,and the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively low,which can effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients.
