摘要
目的:探讨针刺镇痛在手法复位桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用效果.方法:选取该院 2019年 10月—2020年 10月收治的 80例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 40例.对照组采用常规镇痛,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺镇痛.对比 2组疼痛程度、镇痛满意度.结果:术后 1、2疗程,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组镇痛总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:手法复位桡骨远端骨折患者采用针刺镇痛效果显著,能够满足患者镇痛需求,有效提升其镇痛满意度,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of acupuncture analgesia in patients with distal radius fractures by manual reduction.Methods:80 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine analgesia,and the observation group received acupuncture analgesia on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain and satisfaction of analgesia were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 1 course of surgery and 2 courses of surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of analgesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of acupuncture for patients with distal radius fracture by manual reduction is significant,which can meet the analgesic needs of patients and effectively improve their satisfaction with analgesia,and has application value.
