康复训练优化升级联合健康教育护理对四肢骨折术后患者的影响

摘要
目的:分析康复训练优化升级联合健康教育对四肢骨折术后患者的影响.方法:选择 2019年 1月—2023年 1月于我院就诊的 82例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,各 41例.对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用康复训练优化升级联合健康教育护理.比较 2组康复训练依从性、肢体运动功能、心理韧性及生活质量.结果:护理后,试验组中文版心理韧性量表各个维度、健康调查简表各个维度、上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组患者的康复训练依从性为 95.12%,高于对照组的 75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:四肢骨折术后患者采用康复训练优化升级联合健康教育护理,可提高康复训练依从性,改善患者心理韧性及肢体运动功能,提高其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of rehabilitation training optimization and upgrading combined with health education on patients after limb fracture surgery.Methods:82 patients with limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was treated with rehabilitation training optimization and upgrading combined health education nursing.The compliance,motor function,mental toughness and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Chinese version of mental toughness scale,health survey summary table,upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of rehabilitation training in the experimental group was 95.12%,higher than 75.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training optimization and upgrading combined with health education nursing can improve the compliance of rehabilitation training,improve the mental toughness and limb motor function of patients,and improve their quality of life.
