整体护理在重症颅脑损伤患者中的应用价值

摘要
目的:探讨整体护理在重症颅脑损伤患者中的应用价值.方法:选取 2019年 10月-2020年 10月我院收治的 60例重症颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,并以等量电脑随机法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例.对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组展开整体护理干预.比较2组患者的护理干预效果.结果:护理 1、2、3个月后,观察组日常生活活动能力评分分别为(49.38±7.91)分、(63.71±6.68)分、(73.17±7.79)分,均高于对照组的(42.84±6.57)分、(54.34±5.79)分、(64.27±6.54)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度为 96.67%,高于对照组的 76.67%,并发症总发生率为 3.33%,低于对照组的 20.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组SF-36各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组PaO2、SpO2 均高于对照组,PaCO2 低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对重症颅脑损伤患者展开整体护理干预,不仅可以降低术后并发症发生率,改善血气分析指标,同时还有助于患者日常生活活动能力、生活质量及护理满意度的提升,值得临床借鉴及应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of holistic nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by equal amount computer random method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received holistic nursing intervention.The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:After 1,2 and 3 months of nursing,the scores of activities of daily living in the observation group were(49.38±7.91)points,(63.71±6.68)points and(73.17±7.79)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(42.84±6.57)points,(54.34±5.79)points and(64.27±6.54)points.The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 76.67%of the control group,and total incidence of complications was 3.33%,lower than 20.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,Pa02 and SpO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PaC02 was lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing intervention for patients with severe craniocerebral injury can not only reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve blood gas analysis indicators,but also help patients improve their daily living activities,quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
