持续性护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨持续性护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用效果.方法:选取该院 2021年 1月—2023年 6月收治的 60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 30例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用持续性护理.对比 2组疼痛程度、髋关节功能、生活自理能力、并发症发生情况、社会支持情况.结果:观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组髋关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后 6 周、3、6个月,观察组Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率为 6.67%,低于对照组的 20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组社会支持情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施持续性护理效果显著,有助于缓解患者疼痛,改善髋关节功能,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous care in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received continuous nursing.The degree of pain,hip function,self-care ability,complications and social support were compared between the two groups.Results:The Visual Analog Score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hip function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 weeks,3 and 6 months after operation,the Barthel index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social support of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous nursing in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur is remarkable,which is helpful to relieve the pain of patients and improve the function of hip joint has application value.
