摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理在断指再植术患者中的应用效果.方法:选取该院 2019年 12月—2020年 12月收治的 80例断指再植术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 40例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理.对比 2组护理满意度、并发症发生情况、生活质量.结果:观察组护理总满意度为 97.50%,高于对照组的 80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率为 2.50%,低于对照组的 20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量的各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:断指再植术患者采用预见性护理,可降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善患者生活质量,具有应用价值.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing in patients with severed finger replantation.Methods:80 patients with severed finger replantation treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing.Nursing satisfaction,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,increase nursing satisfaction and improve the quality of life of patients with severed finger replantation,and it has application value.
