疼痛护理联合功能训练对膝关节骨折患者的影响

摘要
目的:探讨疼痛护理联合功能训练对膝关节骨折患者的影响.方法:选择该院 2020年 3月—2022年 3月收治的95例膝关节骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=47).对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用疼痛护理联合功能训练.对比2组疼痛程度、膝关节功能、训练积极性、负性情绪.结果:干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组Lysholm、膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组训练积极性的各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:膝关节骨折患者采用疼痛护理联合功能训练,可有效缓解患者不良情绪,减轻患者疼痛程度,提高训练积极性,改善膝关节功能.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of pain nursing combined with functional training on patients with knee joint fracture.Methods:95 patients with knee joint fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=47)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pain nursing combined functional training on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,knee joint function,training enthusiasm and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Visual Aonly Score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Lysholm and knee joint function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of training enthusiasm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of pain nursing and functional training for patients with knee joint fractures can effectively relieve patients'bad mood,reduce patients'pain degree,improve training enthusiasm and improve knee joint function.
